Purpose: The City of Liberty Hill, herein after “City”, seeks to enter into an agreement with a qualified Individual, Firm or Corporation, herein after “Respondent”, to provide furnishing and installing and providing all labor and materials required for an asphalt roadway roundabout, driveways, storm sewer, electrical lighting, pedestrian paths, drainage improvements, erosion control, and other items, as more fully described in the Construction Plans and Project Specifications.
