Pedernales Electric Co-op or PEC provides electricity for Liberty Hill. To report outages or apply for new service, please visit their website at PEC.

5. How do I disconnect my utility services?

To disconnect your water/waste water services, you will need to complete and submit a disconnect form. Your final bill will be subtracted from your initial $100.00 deposit, and you will receive a refund for the remainder of the deposit.

6. How can I set up my utility account for automatic pay?

The City of Liberty Hill now offers to utilities customers the option to sign up for automatic payment for their utility bill. There are 2 options. You can either:

• Sign into our payments website, and set up autopay, which will debit your amount owed from a debit or credit card on the day of your choosing 

• OR you can submit a digital Bank Draft Form along with a copy of a voided check for checking account, withdrawal slip for savings, or a direct deposit information form printed from your bank's website. 

If you choose the bank draft option, it is drafted directly from your bank account on the due date of your bill. 

By choosing this option, you will not have to update your information if your debit card expires or your credit/debit card gets compromised and there are no additional fees for the customer.

7. How do I obtain Wastewater Service in Stonewall Ranch OR Grand Oaks of LH?

If you live in either Stonewall Ranch subdivision or Grand Oaks of LH, you will need to set up a wastewater only account because it is not billed along with your water through City of Georgetown. 

You can either:

9. How much property tax will I owe?

Property tax information can be provided by the Williamson County Tax Assessor Collector. For more information visit www.wilco.org or call 512-943-1601.

10. Where do I renew my Driver's License?

Driver's licenses can be renewed at Texas Department of Public Safety in Georgetown at 515 Pine Street 512-424-2600 or the Burnet County Driver's License Office at 1701 E Polk St in Burnet 512-756-5405

12. Can I rent city facilities?

The City of Liberty Hill does not have any facilities available for rent.

13. Can I email you my application for a building permit?

We do not accept email submissions for building permits at this time. Please bring any permit applications or planning materials in person to the Planning Department at 100 Forest St.
