If I receive a citation can I just pay the fines?
Yes-However, any and all charges in which you pay in lieu of seeing the Judge or making other arrangements with the court will be a plea of guilty or nolo contendere, will be considered a conviction, and will be on your record. To avoid further charges and a warrant for your arrest, this must be done in person, on the web payment portal or by mailing a money order or cashiers check on or before your court appearance date listed on your citation.
