  • The land use assumptions and Capital Improvement Plans underlying the maximum fee calculations are consistent with State Law and good engineering practices.
  • The Advisory Committee finds that the data and methodology underlying the maximum impact fee calculation are reasonable and useful for City purposes.
  • By a unanimous vote, the Advisory Committee concurs with the methodology used in the Calculation of the following maximum fee amounts.

Water Impact Fee per EDU:                 $  7,037

Wastewater Impact Fee per EDU:      $  5,261

Total Combined Fee per EDU:           $ 12,298

  • Consistent with State Law and by a unanimous vote, the Committee recommends that the Council consider the water and wastewater impact fees be set at the following rates:

Water Impact Fee per EDU:         Until December 31, 2020                                               $ 5,500

                                                      From January 1, 2021 - December 31, 2021                $ 6,500

                                                      January 1, 2022 and beyond                                        $ 7,037

Wastewater Impact Fee per EDU:                                                                                       $ 4,000
