Williamson County and Cities Health District has reported a sharp increase in COVID-19 community spread. As a result, the main lobby areas of all city buildings will temporarily close to the public effective Monday, Nov 23, 2020. City staff will be available by phone or email during normal business hours.
As an effort to mitigate and minimize the spread of this virus, the following procedures will be implemented for City facilities:
City Hall – Staffed (NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC):
Monday – Friday (8:00 – 5: 00)
*No entrance will be granted.
City Planning Department – Staffed (NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC):
Monday – Friday (8:00 – 5: 00)
*No entrance will be granted
Liberty Hill Police Department – Fully Staffed (LOBBY IS NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC) :
The visitor lobby to the police department will no longer be open to the public. In the event of an emergency please call 911.
Municipal Court- Staffed (NOT OPEN TO PUBLIC):
Monday – Friday (8:00 – 5: 00)

It is encouraged to conduct business with the City via phone, email, and mail. This will decrease the exposure for staff and members of the community. Online payment methods for water and municipal court are available on the City’s website 24/7. Additionally, there is a convenient payment drop box located at the back of City Hall closest to Myrtle Street.
