Recently City Council voted to reinstate late fees and the DISCONNECT process, starting August 15, 2022.
All bills not paid in full by the due date listed on the utility bill will be assessed a 10% late fee. If bill is not paid or arrangements made within 7 days of the due date, the account is subject to disconnection.
