Bills can be paid in person inside City Hall or in the Night Drop Box (black box in parking lot). City Hall is located at 926 Loop 332, Liberty Hill, TX 78642.

  • Set up Bank Draft

The City of Liberty Hill now offers to utilities customers the option to sign up for auto draft. Submit form along with a copy of voided check for checking account or withdrawal slip for savings. The completed form can be emailed to [email protected] or can be taken to our office at 926 Loop 332.

Special Payment Arrangements


Recently City Council voted to reinstate late fees and the DISCONNECT process, starting August 15, 2022.

All bills not paid in full by the due date listed on the utility bill will be assessed a 10% late fee. If bill is not paid or arrangements made within 7 days of the due date, the account is subject to disconnection.

Financial Assistance

Assistance is available to low-income households through Opportunities for Williamson and Burnet Counties. Please visit their website to fill out an application to see if you qualify for assistance.
