Liberty Hill has healthcare services as well as Urgent Care, 24-hour EMS and ambulance services. Comprehensive healthcare needs are available at St. David's Emergency Center in Leander - within less than 10 minutes from Liberty Hill. Other nearby healthcare facilities include Care First Walk-In Clinic in Liberty Hill, St. David's Georgetown Hospital, Cedar Park Regional Medical Center, Baylor Scott & White Hospital, Austin Regional Clinic and Seton Hospitals covering all specialties.

Liberty Hill Independent School District

The administration, faculty and staff of Liberty Hill Independent School District (LHISD) are committed to excellence in all programs to improve student outcomes and enhance the school experience for all students. LHISD is among the highest ranked school districts in the Central Texas area. 

Elementary, middle and intermediate education is conducted in state-of-the-art facilities. LHISD has highly qualified staff, with the student/teacher ratio being one of the lowest in the State. A newly constructed Liberty Hill High School with Panther Stadium was completed in June 2013 along with renovations and updates to the elementary and middle schools. Liberty Hill is proud of its Athletics Department which includes several Championships. The school district spreads over 100 square miles, is located entirely within Williamson County and recognized by the Texas Education Agency (TEA) as a “Recognized, Character Plus” District.

Public Library

The Liberty Hill Public Library, "The Heart of the Hill", is a community learning center and place of enrichment through information, education and recreation. The Liberty Hill Library has more than 15,000 books, holds weekly story time and promotes a Summer Reading Programs along with several other events and activities throughout the year.
